Warren Bradley Fleckenstein ("Brad")

Brad served aboard USS Ogden from Feb 1969 to November 1972. He came aboard as a SA from Great Lakes NTC, and attained the rating of SH2 (Ship's Serviceman) prior to his release from active duty. Brad worked in the laundry and ship's store duing his tour. Brad was an avid motorcycle rider, and passed while enjoying that activity. Brad was married for 37 years to Nancy (Baker) and is survived by his father Warren, sons David, Shawn, and Steven, daughters Dawn and Kelly, and 13 grandchildren. He was extremely proud of his service , and looked back fondly to his Ogden years. Brad had a successful construction business, and had retired to his farm raising pigs, cattle and chickens in Western New York..
